Aromatherapy in the form of massage with the addition of essential oils is a truly
holistic and healing form of therapy taking into account the whole person: mind,
body and spirit.
Generally massage is the most efficient and beneficial way to introduce
essential oils to the body. The treatment uses the energies of these concentrated
herbal oils taken from plants.
The benefits from essential oils can also be gained
through inhalations, compresses, bathing, creams, lotions, and many other ways..

The oils are blended to suit an individual and then mixed in a carrier oil which is then applied to the skin. The massage and oils used may alter from treatment to treatment depending on the requirements on the day.
The effects of aromatherapy can be relaxing, revitalising and harmonising. A treatment
can enhance well-being, and restore balance, relieving a variety of conditions. The
use of massage and essential oils have been shown to successfully improve skin problems,
insomnia, relieve tension, anxiety, high/low blood pressure, and respiratory disorders.
All conditions exasperated by stressful living. A treatment will involve suitable
oils being blended after a consultation has been taken, followed by a specific massage
to suit the individual and the time allowed.
Aromatherapy Body Treatment : 1½ hours
